So we went to Venice for a weekend trip on the middle of November.
Way Cool!!! This is Hayden Fighting the Statue at a Old Parlament Museum
we went to. They only let us take pictures outside and down one hallway that had
a stairway from top to bottom painted in gold.
We went to Venice with our friends the Carmans and their
friends from the States. So there was Milo (Jasons friend)
Jason Carman, Janet Carman ( my Paris trip friend) and new traveling buddy,
Steve in allllll his Glory and my Hayden!
This was taken off the side of a water taxi. No we did not ride a Gondola cause we didnt feel like forking out 300 euro for the 3 of us to take a ride in a row boat.
So basically when you come to visit and if we go to Venice ya better bring some serious cash.
Our taxi ride was only 6 euro each one way and faster (cause we had a motor on our boat)
This was the courtyard of the museum that we toured. According to the tourguide
this is where Casanova was inprisoned for 5 years before he escaped out the fromt door.
We toured the jail cells, tourture chamber, ect... and saw Casanovas cells also. Pretty neat tour when we could understand our tour guide and what she was actually saying.

Aaron will be in Italy in a few weeks! I'm so irritated with it. I can't believe he gets to go before me. Hey, why aren't you on facebook anymore? Call me! Love you.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Venice... I'm dying to go someday. Thanks for the pics - I enjoyed them! :)
I've been wondering how you guys have been! I love Venice! Glad you had a fun time! As always, I am soooo jealous!! Love you!
What a wonderful time you are having over there. I am wishing someday we will be able to experience that. For now it seems like it will be "on call" nights and student loans for the rest of my life. I will be 40 when Stan is done (he will be 35 average age for mormon docs to finish up). He would love to do a fellowship in England - where he served his mission.
